One-To-One

Personal Session

One to One:
 

The One to One are relaxed and informal sessions these involve learning Qi Gong movements, grounding techniques, a focus on the combination of movement and the breathe and standing positions. We are also focus on Meditation techniques and the breathe as the anchor. I adapt
the sessions to suit the individual working with Qi gong techniques and styles.
