What I offer
Qi Gong
Qi Gong it is the cultivation of qi (Energy). Qi Gong means energy
work. Qi Gong practise involves slow movements, standing postures, the breathe, intention and focus, stimulating the flow of qi in the body.
It is referred to as meditation in motion and is a mindful practise.
This Ancient Art originated in China.

Tai Chi
is an ancient Chinese tradition practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner accompanied by the breath. Each posture and move flows into the next without pause, ensuring the flow of movement.

Meditation
Meditation is a sitting or walking practice that helps us to focus upon
the breathe, the present moment, the here and now. Regular practise can have great benefits over time. Regular practise of sitting for 15-20 minutes a day.

One to One sessions
The One to One are relaxed and informal sessions these involve learning Qi Gong movements, grounding techniques, a focus on the combination of movement and the breathe and standing positions.
We also focus on Meditation techniques and the breathe as the anchor. I adapt the sessions to suit the individual working with Qi
gong techniques and styles.
