I deliver Wellness workshops to enhance our true nature and reconnect to who we truly are. Amongst the busyness of life we forget what truly brings us peace, happiness and joy. In my workshops we will reconnect to the peace and the joy of life.


Calm, Centred & Grounded
In this two hour workshop we will practise and focus on:

Qi Gong movements to energise, calm and ground us

Focus on the breathe to calm the wild mind, through relaxation and meditation

Staying centred amongst the busyness of life

Energy management and how it effects our well-being

Create our own personal toolkit for wellness to help us
in daily life -

Chi & Tea
A combination of two of my passions Chi and loose tea. In this one hour workshop we will explore:

Qi Gong walking and practice & Tai Chi form

Meditation and focusing on the breathe

Tea - the opportunity to blend your own herbal tea,
gain insight into the benefits of herbal tea, drinking
tea as a peaceful practice to just be and relax.




Qi gong & creative writing
To enhance the creative flow...
In this one hour workshop we will practise Qi Gong exercises, use the flow of chi to assists us in our creative flow to be creative and write!
