I deliver wellness workshops to enhance our true nature and reconnect to who we truly are. Amongst the busyness of life we forget what truly brings us peace, happiness and joy. In my workshops we will reconnect to the peace and the joy of life.


Calm, Centred & Grounded
One hour workshop to practise and focus on:

Qi Gong movements to energise, calm and ground us

Chi & Tea
A combination of two of my passions, Chi and loose tea. In this one hour workshop we will explore:

Qi Gong walking and practice & Tai Chi form

Meditation and focusing on the breathe

Tea - the opportunity to blend your own herbal tea,
gain insight into the benefits of herbal tea, drinking
tea as a peaceful practice to just be and relax.
